Can you discuss what it's like as a single man (or woman) in these places?
-
Is this thing live. 3 attempts so far and just getting sent back to the page, NOT to the webminar ?
-
Looking for video presentation???
-
Is this supposed to be live? I can only see written questions and can't find replies?
-
When will the event start?

Hello Gary,
Renting in Toulon is fairly easy and cheaper than other areas in the south of France. The expat life is a lot slower because it's still quite "under-the-radar." If you're fine with hanging out with mainly the French and a few small expat groups, you should be okay. Your French will improve very quickly in Toulon.

what countries have the best visa programs for younger retirees that don't have a fixed income (pension or social security) but instead can either make investments in a property or be able to show available assets such as savings or investment accounts?

Am in Oaxaca, Mexico (1st stop around the world tour). One problem I am seeing in almost all the locations I will be investigating (Mazatlan & Merida, Mexico; Hua Hen, Thailand, also Vietnam and Bali, Indonesia); and Portugal and Spain) is finding realtors or others who will assist in finding short term rentals (2-3 months as average visitor visa length).

Thank you for the information shared! Never would have considered Nicaragua! In addition, I meant that I would love to meet and have friends that are local, not exclusively just the expat community, once I got myself settled and comfortable.

Bel, 1) How do you deal with the threat of hurricanes where you live, and with global warming, is this becoming a greater concern? Also, why do you prefer where you are to a place like Puerto Vallarta? Thank you!

Do you have a Panama relocation service(s) you can recommend? Does one need that to learn more about the country? Are there areas outside of Panama City that you recommend for expats to live? Thank you!
