How would I be able to find care for my wife with Alzheimers, currently in memory care? Can I have her stay at home with aides? What would the cost be?

mousquitos, diseases. IL rarely discuses negative issues. is air conditioning available?

Do you need a car? Can you walk to everything you need? Other options?

I would love to live in a place with constant spring like weather. I don’t like hot humid tropical climates. My initial research suggests the following:
Lake Chapala or Oaxca in Mexico
Boquette Panama
Medellin Columbia

Could you compare the pros and cons of these places? Could you include things not usually covered byIL, insects, disease, crime etc. Are there other places I should consider?
