We are currently in the United States.

We need to find a place where it is safer for our black daughter to live without fear of police and racist hatred. My wife & I are white. We are also a LGBTQ couple. Our adopted daughter is half black and half white. We live on a fixed income of $2,000 per month. What countries would you consider for our situation.
