Hola Lloyd, I'm Bel, the Mexican Correspondent. Please let me know if you have any questions about this beautiful welcoming country. There are over 40 safe locations throughout Mexico with vibrant large expat communities that have been living here happily for years. After all, over a million American expats can't be wrong!
To see them, scroll to the bottom of the Mexico page, under the countries tab on the home screen and you'll find them all listed there.
Cheers, and welcome to IL, Bel.

I'm lookingv into taking a year exploring Portugal with the possability of relocating there. I really want to take my two 50 Ilb dogs but I'm concerned about what the flight will do to them. Thinking about a shorter flight from Boston, but it's still nearly a seven hour flight, then add transport either side. They're not old but I was wondering if anyone has done this and can give me some tips. Thanks

This made my heart sing. Isn't it all what we dream of? Acceptance and peace.
Mexico embraces all and over 5,000 people stood to create this symbol of love and peace stating -
"We are and will continue to be a city of freedom, where no identity will be denied and no form of love will be a reason for exclusion or violence. We responsibly assume the commitment to build a more just, equal and humane city, where every person lives fully and without fear of being who they are.”
You can read the full article here. Any questions, I'd be delighted if you emailed me - bwoodhouse@internationalliving.com and I'll happily answer and discuss.
