It was not clear this was not going to be a live Q&A on zoom or Teams - this text style is not helpful. Sorry, but very disappointed.

This is completely useless. I thought we were going to hear her talk to us. I concur with the comments about doing a Teams meeting with chat - never will find what I need this way. If there was no intention to have an actual call - no need to set a time. Very disappointing.
