Hello! My name is Tamara and I am new to the site and to the whole idea of living a more international life. There is a lot of content and I find myself somewhat overwhelmed, so here is the basic question that I am looking to find an answer to: is it true that a person can get citizenship OR a second passport by buying a property in certain countries. I hear that there are places that sell properties at a very low price because the property needs updates/improvements. This is what I would be most interested in. I would appreciate any SPECIFIC information (countries that have these programs, program names and websites, etc).
