Dream Retirement Project? Where is it?

I got an email about a Dream Retirement Project last week, did anyone else? It cost $99 and I signed up for it. No DRP has showed up anywhere on my member page. I enquried and twice received the same auto-response (signed by Niamh) telling me to log in and check library, etc. It's just not there. Has anyone else successfully bought and accessed Dream Retirement Project (I believe it's a video series) Also, how can I connect with a live customer service rep and not keep getting auto responses? THanks
