Can't find access to my purchase of The Freedom Protocol

I purchased The Freedom Protocol on July 4th, and received an emailconfirming my purchase, and telling me that once my payment clears, I will be able to access it thought the members area of the website. I am still unable to access it. Please let me know how I can do that, thank you.
