My wife and I are hoping to spend about nine months in Valencia starting next spring while I keep working remotely for my US employer. For anyone who's done the digital nomad visa through a US consulate: how long was the wait for an appointment, and were they strict about the income proof? Trying to figure out how early we should start the paperwork.
