Im 72 and very serious about moving overseas for at least part of the year. Thinking about Portugal, France and/or Mexico. I have savings in a 401K and an annuity. Also a pension of about $3000/month. Is it possible for me to finance buying a condo at my age? I'm in pretty good health and shape.

My question is, with no Italian heritage, how can I live in Italy? With a Visa that is issued yearly? Dual citizenship? I know once I purchase a home there I know that it makes a difference.

Nothing but troubles today. I assume we have a bandwidth issue, a good thing that says "Lots of us want to attend" :-); bad thing, "Many of us cannot see what's happening".

I am retired from an airline and can travel at will on standby. If I had a 6 month rental and left within 90 day for a few days and then returned to complete my 6 month lease, would there be any flags or issues with that? As I do not expect to qualify for citizenship or get a golden visa.
