I am retired from an airline and can travel at will on standby. If I had a 6 month rental and left within 90 day for a few days and then returned to complete my 6 month lease, would there be any flags or issues with that? As I do not expect to qualify for citizenship or get a golden visa.

I am considering moving to Spain. I would need to rent for a period of time before I buy. What kind of visa do I need to stay for a period of time to look for a home to buy? Is it possible to put a down payment on a property to hold it until I sell my California home?

interested in France would like to know which insurance policies meet the visa requirements and will also comply with coverage in the US in case we return t9 the US in the future with preexisting conditions and dont want to have a coverage gap, even for a day? also about finding rentals for a year, how much in advance?

I tried loggin in at 11 EST and the link would not load. I called in and was placed on hold for 30 minutes before being disconnected. I was finally able to login a back way into the community forum but the youtube video had to be fast forwarded to 45 minutes in to start the presentation and then it ended in the middle of Susan Haskins talking 15 minutes later. How do we access Part 2?!?

Really disappointed that this won't play correctly. Stops, starts, ends. I've refreshed dozens of times and tried on other browsers. I've now listened to the first 11 minutes 3 times.
