        bilateral treaty that allows you to stay in an EU/Schengen country. 90 days plus another 90 days. i believe in France. we gave a boat in Spain and want to be able to stay more than 90 days but no more than 4-5 months.

          Ted Baumann knows about the bilateral treay. He spoke briefly about it inone of his videos. Sounds like once you find the treaty, you should keep a copy of it with you because the immigration/consulate employees won't know about it either!

            Could you be more specific? There are bilateral treaties regarding taxes, Social Security, and for some European countries, for extended stays for US, Canadian, and other citizens.
