Member With Serious Medical Questions

I've been an ILM subscriber for a while now. I'm newly retired at r68 and starting to travel the world with my wife. The single biggest issue we face wherever we go is that I am a kidney transplant patient and require certain, shall we say, not common, drugs once a month. I want to go to some of these incredible places like Madeira, Morocco and stay for several months, BUT I need to talk to someone who is knowledgeable about complex medical care in Madeira and/or Morocco.
