I had read many times how Northern Portugal has moderate temps year round (40F to 75F). I was looking a temperature forecasts for Portugal this week and it shows 90 to 100+ in most interior areas including the northern Braga area. Is this an unusual heat wave, or is it typical during the summer?

How do the EU countries treat US Roth investments? Do they count it as income that will be taxed, or is it considered tax free?
