Can we include an adult child (using our retirement income) in a long stay visa? Is there an age limit?

Thank you for this presentation! We love spending time in the UK, but I’m confused about timing of the 6-month limit. For example, we stayed in the UK from April to July this year. If we went back in October, would we be able to stay just two more months? Or would that start another 6-month period? Thanks!

In Europe - what kind of local taxes are paid? Income, property (rental or owned), municipal, town, county, regional? Or just national? Health care taxes?

Please share more about what's needed for proof of accommodation. For example, I'd want to secure a place to rent long-term after I'm certain I can get the 1-year visa. Does a 1-month initial stay or something like that work for the application?

is it better to get a temp residency visas before or after moving to Spain or Portugal or France? in other words, is 89 days enough time to get a temp residency visa? Or should we get the visa before moving?

If a person uses a wheelchair (has used a wheelchair for all of his adult life), are there additional hoops? Do they deny visas for this? For example, you mentioned they might ask for health reports to approve a temporary residency visa.
