Please share more about what's needed for proof of accommodation. For example, I'd want to secure a place to rent long-term after I'm certain I can get the 1-year visa. Does a 1-month initial stay or something like that work for the application?

is it better to get a temp residency visas before or after moving to Spain or Portugal or France? in other words, is 89 days enough time to get a temp residency visa? Or should we get the visa before moving?

What about a professional work visa from getting a digital employment opportunity within said country that one is seeking visa and residency/citizenship (soon afterwards)?

If a person uses a wheelchair (has used a wheelchair for all of his adult life), are there additional hoops? Do they deny visas for this? For example, you mentioned they might ask for health reports to approve a temporary residency visa.

                                Hi Ted, great seminar!

Just to clarify, if I am working as a consultant at client’s location onsite in the Schengan area through a US agency, can I apply for a digital nomad visa in another Schengan country since my income is not paid by the client in that country but may qualify as an income based visa?

Only the long term visas allow for you to stay 365 days in that country, all other visas if in the Schengen regions will apply to the 90/180 day rule correct?

If I get a Spanish visa based on my retirement income, can I buy property there or can I only live in rental property?
