Recommendations for Help With Obtaining a D7 Visa

My wife and I are planning a trip to Portugal in late summer, and we are interested in obtaining a D7 retirement visa.

We were wondering if anyone has worked with a Portuguese attorney to help them with the process of getting this visa, and if they would recommend one or more of them to us.

What are some good Ex-Pat cities? I am an artist, (Painter/Sculptor) here in the states, that also has retirement income. We used Anchorless for our D7 visa as they were very competative on their pricing, I can't say enoufg good things about them, they were awesome
