International Living Community

My husband and I are looking to start in Ireland, then expand our living eperiences in Europe to Portugal, France, and beyond. We'd like to live in different communities there for 1+ years each, and use these locations as a base for extended travel. We want to start in Ireland because hubby has some ancestral roots there. How do we connect with expat and IL people there?
